I think you already know or even use this module. It was good module, it is. Was on top 5 rated on JED (Joomla Extensions Directory) for couple of weeks if I'm not wrong.
Today, I will give you a short tutorial on how to add a custom link that you might need to refer to another pages or articles not listed in article category of minifp. This link will sit on the bottom of the module.

I've got some emails that noticed me regarding this Tab Module file on the download section. They complained that they can't install it or there's an error on the installation. That's my mistake not explain that well on this Hacking Tab Module article, because I've just upload the tab module hacked files on it, not a full installable module that you can just install it on your Joomla site.
I have emailed the developer of Tab Module, drStonyHills.com regarding my hack to add Module IDs as a parameter option beside the Module Postion on the module parameter setting in order to chose which module to be loaded on that tab wrapper (just don't foget to choose only one option at a time, either position or IDs), but I don't know he will implement it on the new version or not. So, here it is. I've updated the files so you can download and install using it. Please feel free to re-download this Tab Module files on the Download section.

Remember Google Gadget from previous lab experiment? One of the gadget available that we can use is a PGA Leaderboard Gadget provided by great-goofy-gadgets . So, if you have a Joomla! based golf related website, don't ever think twice to use this gadget and implement it as a module.
Just create a new module, assign this new one to whatever module position on your template, then copy these lines of javascript using your HTML mode Editor,
< script src="http://gmodules.com/ig/ifr?url=http://www.great-goofy-gadgets.com/USOpen/
USOPENGADGET.xml&synd=open&w=190&h=200&title=PGA+Leader's+Board
&border=%23ffffff%7C3px%2C1px+solid+%23999999&output=js" >
< /script>
I have added a space after and before the '<' and '>' for editor purpose. Don't forget to remove that space.

They can range from simple HTML to complex applications, and can be a calendar, a weather globe, a media player, or anything else you can dream up."
